His thesis, titled “Formalization of Knowledge Centric Paradigms for Diversification of Web Search Encompassing Semantic Artificial Intelligence,” achieved a perfect CGPA of 10/10, and the degree has been awarded. Dr. Gerard Deepak has over a decade of experience in teaching and industry roles. Since June 2022, he has been serving as an Assistant Professor at the Manipal Institute of Technology, Bengaluru, under the Manipal Academy of Higher Education. Before this, he worked at the National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli as a Junior and Senior Research Fellow from July 2018 to December 2021, contributing to various research projects in the Department of Computer Engineering. From April 2018 to May 2022, Dr. Deepak held the position of Data Specialist Engineer at SpaceAge Infotech, Bangalore, where he was involved in data engineering and analysis. Prior to this, he was an Assistant Professor at Christ University, Bangalore, from May 2017 to April 2018, engaging in teaching and academic development activities. Earlier in his career, Dr. Deepak worked as a Data Specialist Engineer at Usable Bytes Pvt. Ltd., Pune, from February 2016 to May 2017.
