Mr. Mohamed Issa | Physics and Astronomy | Best Innovation Award

Faculty of Human Medicine, Al-Azhar University, Cairo | Egypt

Mr. Mohamed Issa is a multidisciplinary researcher affiliated with the Faculty of Human Medicine, Al-Azhar University, Cairo, Egypt, whose work uniquely bridges medicine, physics, cosmology, and philosophy of consciousness. His research profile reflects a bold intellectual pursuit aimed at re-examining the fundamental laws governing reality, with particular emphasis on the relationship between consciousness and the structure of the universe. Through a series of theoretical works published in 2025, Mr. Issa has proposed innovative frameworks that challenge conventional scientific boundaries and invite a deeper, integrative understanding of existence. One of the central themes of his research is articulated in “How the Universe Speaks Through Consciousness”, where he explores consciousness not merely as a byproduct of neural activity but as an active, communicative interface between human perception and universal laws. In this work, he argues that consciousness functions as a medium through which the universe expresses order, meaning, and continuity, offering a novel perspective that connects cognitive science with cosmological principles. In “Modification of Relativity” (2025), Mr. Issa critically revisits Einstein’s theory of relativity, proposing conceptual refinements that incorporate observer awareness and systemic renewal into spacetime dynamics. Rather than rejecting classical physics, his approach seeks to extend it by integrating consciousness as a fundamental variable influencing the interpretation of time, motion, and causality. This work positions him among contemporary thinkers attempting to move beyond purely materialistic models of the universe. His publication “Theory of Everything and the Law of the Universe” represents an ambitious effort to synthesize physical laws, biological systems, and metaphysical principles into a unified theoretical framework. Here, Mr. Issa proposes that the universe operates according to a self-regulating law of coherence and renewal, linking cosmology, life sciences, and consciousness into a single explanatory model.

Chun-Li Guo | Earth and Planetary Sciences | Research Excellence Award

Prof. Chun-Li Guo | Earth and Planetary Sciences | Research Excellence Award

Institute of Mineral Resources, Chinese Academy of Geological Sciences | China

Dr. Chun-Li Guo is a distinguished Senior Researcher at the Institute of Mineral Resources, Chinese Academy of Geological Sciences, with more than two decades of impactful contributions to the fields of granite petrogenesis, tungsten–tin mineralization, and rare-metal resource geology. She earned her PhD in Mineral Prospecting and Exploration in 2010 and has since established herself as a leading authority on the magmatic and metallogenic evolution of granitoids in South China. Dr. Guo’s research has significantly advanced scientific understanding of why tungsten–tin mineralization becomes progressively enriched through geological time, an innovative contribution that earned her recognition under the Wiley China Excellent Author Program. Her work has also delivered tangible economic benefits by reshaping mineral exploration strategies; notably, her reinterpretation of the genetic relationship between Pb-Zn orebodies and felsic dykes at the super-large Shizhuyuan W–Sn polymetallic deposit overturned long-standing models and opened new avenues for resource discovery. Dr. Guo has successfully completed six major research projects and is currently leading four nationally funded projects, including those supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Ministry of Science and Technology, and industry partners. Her scholarly output includes over 20 peer-reviewed publications, with six first-author papers receiving more than 800 citations, reflecting the high international impact of her work. She has also co-authored authoritative geological monographs with ISBN registration, contributing to both academic scholarship and applied mineral resource development. Through collaborations with renowned international scientists from institutions such as Monash University and Curtin University, Dr. Guo has strengthened global scientific exchange in earth sciences.
