With over 31 years of teaching experience at Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering, Navi Mumbai, Dr. Kharade has demonstrated unwavering dedication to academia. He has served as the Head of the Department (H.O.D.) of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (ExTC) since 2009, leading the department with a strategic vision and operational excellence.

Dr. Kharade’s professional roles extend beyond teaching. His diverse responsibilities include mentoring students as a Project Guide, organizing cultural and technical events such as “ANDAAZ” and “Abhiyaan,” and acting as a Class Advisor and Test Coordinator at the departmental level.
