Professor Hyo-Sang Park, DDS, MSD, PhD, is a distinguished orthodontist and academic leader with over three decades of contributions to orthodontic science, education, and clinical innovation. His work has contributed substantially to the global adoption of microscrew anchorage as a reliable and minimally invasive solution for complex orthodontic movements, reducing the need for patient compliance and extraoral appliances. Professor Park’s research excellence has been internationally recognized, including the CDABO Case Report of the Year Award (2005) from the American Association of Orthodontists and the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics, as well as multiple honors from the Korean Association of Orthodontists.
