Mr. Mohamed Issa | Physics and Astronomy | Best Innovation Award

Faculty of Human Medicine, Al-Azhar University, Cairo | Egypt

Mr. Mohamed Issa is a multidisciplinary researcher affiliated with the Faculty of Human Medicine, Al-Azhar University, Cairo, Egypt, whose work uniquely bridges medicine, physics, cosmology, and philosophy of consciousness. His research profile reflects a bold intellectual pursuit aimed at re-examining the fundamental laws governing reality, with particular emphasis on the relationship between consciousness and the structure of the universe. Through a series of theoretical works published in 2025, Mr. Issa has proposed innovative frameworks that challenge conventional scientific boundaries and invite a deeper, integrative understanding of existence. One of the central themes of his research is articulated in “How the Universe Speaks Through Consciousness”, where he explores consciousness not merely as a byproduct of neural activity but as an active, communicative interface between human perception and universal laws. In this work, he argues that consciousness functions as a medium through which the universe expresses order, meaning, and continuity, offering a novel perspective that connects cognitive science with cosmological principles. In “Modification of Relativity” (2025), Mr. Issa critically revisits Einstein’s theory of relativity, proposing conceptual refinements that incorporate observer awareness and systemic renewal into spacetime dynamics. Rather than rejecting classical physics, his approach seeks to extend it by integrating consciousness as a fundamental variable influencing the interpretation of time, motion, and causality. This work positions him among contemporary thinkers attempting to move beyond purely materialistic models of the universe. His publication “Theory of Everything and the Law of the Universe” represents an ambitious effort to synthesize physical laws, biological systems, and metaphysical principles into a unified theoretical framework. Here, Mr. Issa proposes that the universe operates according to a self-regulating law of coherence and renewal, linking cosmology, life sciences, and consciousness into a single explanatory model.
